The Performance Improvement 3.0 Leadership Course encompasses the FULL Curriculum of PPI Next-Gen Human Performance LEADERSHIP™. As such, Participants have the Opportunity to apply for PDHs/CECs, as well as for Award of Professional Certification by the Human Performance Association, Inc.


Participants completing the online Leadership Course are eligible to take the online Human Performance LEADERSHIP™ Exam. Upon passing the Exam, they are eligible to receive (16) PDHs/CECs and Award of the Professional Designation Human Performance LEADER (HPL).

The
Human Performance Association, Inc. is an international not-for-profit Organization committed to establishing standards for Accreditation of Curriculums and Professional Designations within the Human Performance Industry.
