Upon passing the PPI Principle-Based Performance Specialist (PPS) exam (typically during the SUMMIT) and successfully completing the evaluated iLearning facilitation session. You should head home from the SUMMIT with your license.
You'll be licensed to facilitate PPI iLearning group presentations, discussions, and exercises within your organization — for initial, onboarding, refresher, ad hoc, & just-in-time training sessions, and more — without needing to coordinate with external facilitators.
As with everything, Human and Organizational Performance is evolving. Providing you actively use your license and maintain familiarity with updated materials, your license will not expire. Should a significant period elapse without conducting facilitation, or should you move to a new organization, we ask that you return to another PPI SUMMIT (at the Alumni Rate) to refresh and update your license.
Savings are significant. The estimated external cost for conducting PPI Human Performance BASIC Training iLearning facilitation for 30 participants, including Code of Honor facilitation, will be $1,830 (plus taxes) for handouts and materials. The estimated cost for conducting a standard PPI Human Performance BASIC Training session for 30 participants using an external facilitator (including handouts, materials, and Code of Honor facilitation) is $15,450 (plus taxes). Your total savings multiplies with every session you facilitate.
